Diversity and Discrimination

We pride ourselves on running a non-judgemental, fair and diverse fitness facility. We encourage all persons to join our fitness community and will take discrimination complaints very seriously.

If you feel you are being treated unfairly or discriminated against because of your age, gender, race, religion or beliefs, disability, or sexual orientation, we urge you to approach a member of staff and raise your concern at the earliest point. If you are not comfortable doing this please put your concerns in writing to Aneesa California (Gym Manager) where your complaint will be dealt with according to our facility’s complaints procedure. Any members found to be discriminating against or participating in discriminating behaviour will be asked to leave the premises immediately whilst an investigation is undertaken. These actions may result in the immediate cancellation of your membership.

If you feel the club has not handled your concerns appropriately there are a wide range of legislation, information and contacts to help you understand and enforce your rights.
